Foundation donates 340 school uniforms to primary School pupils in Katsina village


Continental Foundation has donated 340 school uniforms to outstanding pupils of Kaura Abdulkadir 1 Memorial Primary School (KA1MPS) in Rimi Local Government Area of Katsina State.

The Chairman of the foundation, Alhaji Salisu Mamman Kadandani also donated N500,000 ‎cash as part of the N1 million ‎promised made for the school renovation in August, 2021.

The school uniforms were handed over to the District Head of Rimi Alhaji Nuhu Abdulkadir for upwards distribution to the pupils.

While the cheque for the amount was handed over to the Rimi LGA Education Secretary Alhaji Salisu Ibrahim with a promised to complete the remaining 500,000.

‎The philanthropist assured the school community of his readiness to support the development of education in the area.

He also said he will make sure the state Governor Aminu Masari visit the school to provide furnitures for the 34 classrooms .

According to him, education is the priority of the Masari’s administration but cannot do it alone hence the need for patriotic citizens of the state to come together to provide education to the children of the less privileged.

He appealed to Traditional leaders, Districts heads,Politicians, wealthy individuals and other stakeholders to join hands to move education forward in the state.
